Unethical bait and switch Was comparison shopping between dealers for a specific trim and option package on a 2018 Tiguan. I provided the exact price and Volkswagen Credit inte Was comparison shopping between dealers for a specific trim and option package on a 2018 Tiguan. I provided the exact price and Volkswagen Credit interest rate/loan terms one dealership offered me and Eric Metzger informed me they would beat the price by $300, match the Volkswagen rate/loan terms but for a newer 2019 model Tiguan. The newer model for lower price and same finance terms sounded too good to be true, but like a fool I drove in, spent one and half hours, signed paperwork, etc. At the very last minute the finance manager informed they actually could not offer the same loan terms, or if they did that the price had to be higher. That is called bait and switch in my book. I will not trust Erick or Antwerpen again. More
