Sent the car in to have air bag replaced oil changed and my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. Poor customer service, Unreliable, not trusted, terrible experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I made an appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and was told by the end of the day that my car had not been worked on, and it would not be worked on that day. It was a Friday and I was told that Volkswagen would need to hold onto my car for the weekend and not provide me a loaner. They had no reason as to why an appointment that was made three weeks in advance was not being held to the date and time of the scheduling. More
