John talked with me on the phone. Asked what I was looking for in my trade in. He answered all of my questions and gave me his number so I could call him with questions. Our search took us by Apostolakis Honda to check out the Honda line of cars. We were considering the Civic or the Accord. Our salesman (John Belivacqua) took his time going over both cars and helped us choose what would work best for our future needs. He also explained all the instrumentation along with other coimponents of the vehicles so we would have a good understanding of what each model had to offer. John also took the time to show us around the dealership....including the Parts Dept., Service Dept.etc. The whole team at Aposolakis were polite and with no pressure to make a quick sale. The finance manager made sure that we understood all the terms of our loan process and offered to go back over the loan details if we had any questions at all.
