We bought a certified used car and love it so far. Our dealer's name was Paul and he was very kind/helpful with explaining things. He was able to rush the detailing on the car so we could take it home the same day instead of us having to come back. I can't remember his name, but the finance guy was also wonderful and got us 5% less interest than other places we checked. He was also able to keep our payment exactly where we needed it while still including gap insurance and the extended warranty. Our first payment was also deferred until mid-October so we have plenty of time before we need to worry about that. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back for any future car purchases. I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance to impress you! More

We were pleased with the quick and professional service and so we decided to lease another Honda just recently. We again were served by Ian Arbogast (sales) and Gary (finance). Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. We were able to handle the process almost exclusively via text/email which is important to us as we are very busy people and also reside almost an hour away from the dealership. We arrived at Apostolakis, signed the documentation (which was prepared in advance), received our very clean car and were educated on all features of the vehicle by Ian in probably 40 minutes. It is evident that they have considered and implemented measures to streamline the lease/purchase process and I would strongly recommend Apostolakis to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. More

Incompetent or dishonest TWICE they told me a certain value for my car with Conor getting my keys to get the mileage and VIN, once as a possible sale deal and once very clearl TWICE they told me a certain value for my car with Conor getting my keys to get the mileage and VIN, once as a possible sale deal and once very clearly NOT because I didn't want any of their cars but they wanted mine. Days later when I go to drop it off they give me a blank assignment of ownership form to sign and want to take my title and keys and mail me a check. When I tell Conor no, I want some proof of them saying they will pay me what they said he said he would get me a WEO and be right back. Instead Ralph the sales manager came in. I have spoken with Ralph the other 2 times I was there as well, who very clearly told me NOT to trade in my car because they wanted it and would still honor their amount they told me the two previous occassions. Now Ralph tells me he can't because of the car fax but NOTHING on the car fax has changed from the first two times they looked at my car to give me a price. Both times I spent so much time sitting in their sales office and heard the same spiel they laid on 2 other buyers. I felt really bad for the one young couple they were totally playing. Don't waste your time and make plans believing anything they say, don't sign anything until they show you the money and read everything carefully. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to get someone to sign a blank form attesting to odometer readings too. The only positive to come out of my years of knowing this dealership is Conor showing me an awesome Subaru I then went and bought at Boardman Subaru because I haven't trusted anyone at this place.
