We actually visited Apostolakis first before visiting and test driving cars at several other dealers. Ian and his associate Daron set the bar extremely high. When we arrived at our appointed time, they had a car prepared,in the trim level desired, and ready for a test drive. They were extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the car’s features as though we were taking delivery, not merely a test drive. After our test drive they did not pressure us for a decision. When we told them we wanted to test drive other brands, they encouraged us to do so. They didn’t criticize other brands or other dealerships. In fact that spoke complimentary about some. They were extremely professional. When we made our decision to buy a Honda CR-V, we contacted several area dealerships, shopping for price. Ian assured us that they would do whatever they could to earn our business. They kept in contact with us without being annoying.
