After my oil change visit my husband noticed a large oil stain in the driveway. He called the dealer to explain that we had just had service there and he thought that something must have went wrong. After a few days of the car sitting it appeared ok however, a few weeks later I was a quart low on oil - seems odd to go thru oil that quickly in a 2009 G6. I stopped at the service garage to explain my situation, I told them that I travel for work and would need a loaner to use while my car was being worked on. No problem, I made the appointment and dropped my car off on a Monday night. Tuesday morning before 11 a.m. they called to tell us that they found the problem - O ring on the oil filter cap was cracked they replaced and cleaned the engine. I had my car back by noon and the bill was under $17.00. Very professional guys and nice to work with. More
