Customer service good, mechanical issues that were not resolved. My wife’s truck 2021 Colorado was brought in for the same issue twice. The truck was in the shop for 5 days, 2 days sitting on the lift. resolved. My wife’s truck 2021 Colorado was brought in for the same issue twice. The truck was in the shop for 5 days, 2 days sitting on the lift. My 2015 Colorado was brought in for new tires and, with the alignment taken care of. The other issue of vibration was not resolved after I left the shop. I’m bringing in my truck again, getting a loaner again. The service manager was not very responsive at all to my frustration.
