Had my vehicles serviced at Apple a couple days ago. Absolutely, the best service department I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and professional. The area is super clean and waiting area is like sitting in your living room at home. Seriously, every employee that walked by made it a point to ask how things were going. And point out that there is complimentary drinks available. The work done on my 2 vehicles was done promptly and professionally. Certain services were suggested and rated as to the urgency of need. In other words, they let you know the things that could wait until a later time. No pushy upsell. They just give the straight facts and let you decide without pressure. Price was reasonable. Overall, I was extremely pleased. More

Terrible customer service in sales. This is NOT the dealer to do an Internet sale with. I found a van online after hours and did the inquiry. Mike called first thing in the morning. I said I wanted the van, had finance in place but wanted to see the interior as they only had 2 exterior pictures posted. I would then give him a deposit to hold it. 6 hours later I get a text the van is in for service (the ad stated it already passed a service check) I then asked if it was still available as it wasn't showing on their site anymore. He then responded the van had a hold and if the deal fell thru he would contact me. I told him to remove me from his contact list. This is a dealer that apparently. lies and wants to sell local. On to find a reputable dealer as this one is not. Buyer beware. More
