Randy Ramos took the time to explain the whole process and always was avaliable for my questions during that time. Since this was a special order and most sales people are not even familiar with the car Michael Diamond did a tremendous job working with me to get the order placed. Even after it was delivered he spent a good deal of time showing me the car and going through the features including the initial setup of the bluetooth and Onstar.
