Unfortunately the area we live doesn't have a very good selection of used cars and we are pretty particular about our vehicles. I didn't purchase my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Apple, but had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was extremely warm out so I put my air conditioner on. It started to work properly, but within a minute it was blowing hot air. When I checked in for my appointment for the oil change, I told Carl about my air conditioner problem. He said he couldn't promise anything as they had appointments scheduled all afternoon but he would see what they could do. When I was called that my car was ready, Carl advised that they were able to correct the air conditioning problem. In this day and age, when everyone is trying to multitask I can't tell you how much that means that I don't have to make another appointment. Everyone that I've dealt with at Apple has been very helpful and will assist you in anyway they can I can definitely say that I'm 100% satisfied. When I'm ready to purchase my next Chevy, you can bet that I'll be visiting Apple Chevrolet. More

I have never had any serious problems with any of the vehicles I have bought but when I bring them to Apple for service the service department is prompt and courteous. I have Apple take care of all the normal maintenance of my vehicles and am very satisfied with the work completed. My latest purchase is a 2012 Equinox LT. I picked it up just yesterday(3/14) and feel this is the best deal I could have received anywhere.The price was right!! The paperwork was ready and I drove the car away as an extremely satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevrolet. Of the 6 cars I have purchased, two of them were used vehicles. I still drive a 2000 Lexus 350 that I bought about 4 years ago. The other used car was a 1 year old Blazer. Both of these used car purchases were great buys and I was happy with the purchases. The sales staff from the top down is very professional and when the time comes to buy another car Apple Chevrolet is the 1st place I will stop at.
