We’ve purchased four cars there and I’ve always been happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $13 happy with it except the last two trips in for service. I was in there yesterday and I was quoted on the phone to get my key fob reprogrammed for $135 and I ended up paying over 200 and was not treated good when I questioned it. Please advise if I can get a refund for the difference. The service department has not been the same since Jeff left. More

I came in with no appointment on a holiday week. I was not expecting much but the service team got me into the schedule since car was towed in. They diagnosed and repaired quickly.
