I have always had excellent service at Apple Chevrolet. The service Rep that I have always requested in the past (Jeff Hir) has retired and I wish him the best in his retirement. I thought it would be a tough act to follow to fill Jeff's shoes, however Jason Zielinski, did a great job, which goes to show that Apple only hires the best! I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at Apple. Thank You!! Also my vehicle is a 2017,which I bought 7 years ago. While sitting in the waiting room by salesman (Lou) from 7 years ago remembered me and actually stopped while walking by to say hi. Waited two hours for an oil change. Upon reading the receipt I discovered that the job had been done for 45 minutes before I took the initiative to check the status. The customer service representative (I use the term loosely) was too lazy, incompetent or stupid (All three?) to inform me that the job was complete. Guess he was too busy to text, call or walk to the customer lounge to inform me. Amazing that person has a job in customer service. More
