We’re in for an oil change/tire rotation, that was great. I did have a scratch on my drivers side rear of the car. We inquired about getting that fixed since we have the cilajet on our car, which was an add I did have a scratch on my drivers side rear of the car. The service individual said “how do we know that wasn’t there before?” Basically calling us liars in my opinion. The. We were told they didn’t do that there and we needed to talk to the salesman that sold us the car. Why would the salesman have anything to do with the scratch. I’m frustrated because my understanding is we purchased this additional product in case something like this happened. More

I have always had my Chevies serviced at Apple Chevy since i had my 1999 Chevy Lumina. In fact, I bought my 2013 Chevy Malibu 2LT off the Apple Chevrolet showroom floor when I was having my 14 plus yea since i had my 1999 Chevy Lumina. In fact, I bought my 2013 Chevy Malibu 2LT off the Apple Chevrolet showroom floor when I was having my 14 plus year old Lumina serviced, and they said it needed a transmission. No way! Time to buy a new Chevy, and I did that day. It was readied for pick-up on my birthday 2013. That was the best birthday gift I have ever given myself. More
