After looking at vehicles for almost a year. I thought I found a few that really would fit. Going to Patrick promise and being heavily lowballed on my trade and very offended. Then two weeks lat I thought I found a few that really would fit. Going to Patrick promise and being heavily lowballed on my trade and very offended. Then two weeks later going to Mercedes of Orland Park to see a vehicle I saw on CarFax that was apparently a new trade-in and not even been inspected or evaluated but being put up online for sale, I was able to look inside the vehicle at the very most and it had an employees personal belongings in it not even looking like it was ready to be sold let alone test-driven, being pushed out the door because of closing time. We stopped at Apple Chevrolet and Greg met us out in the lot, let me test drive a vehicle I liked but then showed me the brand new body style 2024 Traverse RS. Greg and Chet went above and beyond, words can’t describe. It was way past their closing and they let us take our time and stayed open for us to buy my new car right before Mothers Day too to make it extra special for a mom. Greg took the time to explain everything. Chris in their finance department was amazing and so fast with the paperwork. Never experienced such a seemless way to purchase a vehicle. They have a customer for life and I will refer them every time to friends and family and anyone asking how nice my brand new Traverse RS is. I requested a car wash and Adam had to take the car back to get one. It was terrible, there was still dirt on the car and they didn't wash my windows or mirrors.
