Apple Chevrolet

I have previously had good experiences with Apple's service department. Not so this time. First at 7:30 AM I was told 2 hours. I was not contacted until 1:15 PM! I was then told that they had found service department. Not so this time. First at 7:30 AM I was told 2 hours. I was not contacted until 1:15 PM! I was then told that they had found nothing wrong. When I picked up my vehicle, the radio was on (I had left it off) and was tuned to a different station. The A/C was on and turned to the max. The programming on both settings for the seat memory had been changed. I don't believe that there is any need for service department employees to make these changes. Supposedly the vehicle had been washed but there were still bugs on the windshield and the rear window was dirty. Since the appointment took 3.75 hours longer than promised, I'm glad I didn't wait. More
