Had an oil change appointment and asked for 3 wiper blades. After 2 hours, received a call that $1800 worth of parts had to be replaced. Ball joints, rear shocks, and a missing master cylinder cap. Never had this car serviced anywhere else since purchase. How can that cap be missing? Now I have to pay for that? Declined all that work. Please show me while the car is in the air! No cap in stock. Then tell me I need a break fluid change for $160. Car finally came out. No wipers. Did they even change the oil? IDK. More
