Service Rep. did not pass on the correct problems that I had to the service technician, resulting in both of the problems I had not getting fixed. To further complicate things the Rep. was off the next day leaving the problem with a new Rep. who did not follow up with me and/or timely return my calls. Add fuel to the fire I was charged $174, needless to say it was under the extended warranty $100 deductable. More
