Everything was done with ease! Communication was great. The only room for improvement I would say is updating the video that is on repeat in the waiting area. I could only learn about a guy sky diving and a lady baking dinner for so much within 2 hours, lol. Maybe have cords that can be used to charge phones since it is around 2 hours.
