Stellar Service! From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Apple! I came in with a car already in mind that I wanted to test drive and Dacy Williams was outside in the frigid temperatures to greet me with a wave and a hello! I didn't feel pressured like I usually do when I came that day. She actually let me look around and I really appreciated that. Once I approached her she was very patient and accommodating. I felt like I was talking with a friend when we were going through what I was looking for and she made sure I was satisfied with my options. After the test drive, I was certain I was happy with the car. The price was great and had everything I was looking for. When we started the process I asked about how they do trade ins and informed her I was a little nervous about my trade in and was hoping that they would come in at what my car was bluebooked at. She put my mind at ease during this process and they came in at what I was expecting! The gentleman who helped was also very friendly. After that process was done, the financing guy came out (who also was very pleasant to work with) so I could explore my options and i had a price range that I was comfortable at spending and they came in at a good interest rate at a price that fit my budget. I cannot speak any more highly about my experience. If your interested in a car, definitely give them a shot. Dacy and the staff will take good care of you More
