What I anticipated to be a anxiety ridden process, was smooth and painless! Heather and her team worked together and made things go so easy! In less then 2 1/2 hours we found a car and were able to pick it up the following morning. I have a very tight budget and needed a low lease payment, so I anticipated going home with a slightly higher then base model. However, Heather worked very hard and got me into my dream vehicle. Panoramic roof, heated leather seats, remote start and so much more! I still pinch myself to make sure it is real. She spent the time and energy to train us on the new "My Ford Sync" computer system, as well as all the other fun and new options that I have never had in a car. :) Thank you Heather! You were wonderful! We seriously want to adopt you! LOL! We will be back to see you in a few months to get a car for Keith! More

Worked with Jeremy on the truck and with Kal on customizing the Crytpic package. Because I asked them to do a lot of customization, it took a few weeks. I was also rushed when I picked up my car and I have had to learn all the features myself. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SE AWD from apple ford of Shakopee. With still be pretty young (25) and currently living in Michigan the dealership and Stephen were very easy to work with. My questions were answered right away and even though I had not had a face to face meeting with him I felt like he cared. Usually sales people are always pushy and want you to buy right now and I guess that is how I felt about the dealers around the West Michigan area. After being referred to your dealer by a family friend I was impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone. I had my parents come and pick up the car with no issues. More

My wife and I had such a bad experience with Ed that I am compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite ha compelled to let everyone know about it. I went to Apple Ford to look at purchasing a new work truck. I was looking for a new F-350 XL. Despite having a few of these on their website, there were none at the dealership when I arrived. Ed told me that "you don't fit my demographic" because I didn't want a King Ranch or Lariat..."That's all I sell". Needless to say I was very insulted. He was unwilling to locate a vehicle for me at any other dealerships because "There is nothing in it for me. I hope you understand." Well Ed, I hope you understand how your poor customer service resulted in me leaving this review and making a purchase elsewhere. More
