This has been my best experience with a car dealership ever,and I used to sell cars. I called Ms.Flowers(Apple Valley Ford) about some vehicles that my wife was interested in that were online, and the c ever,and I used to sell cars. I called Ms.Flowers(Apple Valley Ford) about some vehicles that my wife was interested in that were online, and the criteria of what we were looking for in a vehicle, she found us a variety of vehicles--mind you that so far this was done all from the comfort of my own home. One of these vehicles was at this dealership(Shakopee), we live in Burnsville, and are quite busy on the weekends(3 kids). Ms. flowers said she would see if she could have someone drive it to Apple Valley, and asked what time we would be coming. That's how we met Marcus. From the moment we met him, he did everything he could to accommodate us. The thing I noticed was there was absolutely no pressure,"to buy today". Well my wife drove the vehicle he brought us from Shakopee first. Marcus told us about the Vehicle and pulled a history before we even asked, then my wife drove it and loved it. He then gave us time to discuss it, (without "hovering" by the way, Marcus is very aware and respectful). Then I asked him if would have my wife drive comparable examples of other vehicles we were looking at from others places, before we made a final decision. He cheerfully said not a problem, and shortly found a couple of examples, and this wasn't even his home dealership. Needless to say my wife went with the first one she drove, I guess its tough to live up to a Toyota. If I find myself in the market to buy again, I would definitely ask for Marcus. More
