They sold me a Focus that had a bad transmission, even after the dealer drove it for a good half hour and swore it ran well. He also claimed to have not seen the enormous scratches and dents in the vehicl after the dealer drove it for a good half hour and swore it ran well. They then did a poor job at buffering them out by their claimed "expert" scratch repair guy. Needless to say after I realized the transmission was bad I returned the vehicle. Unfortunately I forgot my sun glasses in the car and they didn't have the decency to return them to me. Yet, they had the audacity to try and trade the one I bought for another Focus in very poor condition. Don't go to this dealership unless you want to deal with extreme incompetence. More
