I purposely waited for awhile to write this review because I wanted to see how Apple and Kristen did after 4-6 months, because it's pretty easy to be attentive and on the ball for a few weeks during t because I wanted to see how Apple and Kristen did after 4-6 months, because it's pretty easy to be attentive and on the ball for a few weeks during the buying cycle and most places I do this with completely fall off about a month after signing. I can honestly say not with Kristen and not with Apple! They have been an absolute joy to work with and I feel like Kristen is easily one of the most knowledgeable and attentive sales professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She still calls to check in with us after even after 6 months. I seriously hope she's still with Apple in 18-24 months when I will look to replace my truck. This purchase was for my wife. I hate buying vehicles because of past experiences with other dealerships, but Kristen made the process easy and mostly stress free. Thanks Kristen and Apple for a great experience. More
