I bought a Honda Civic from Apple Valley Honda and the whole deal was simple, easy and pain free. I live 160 miles away from Wenatchee but making the drive to buy my car was well worth the trip. Everyone at Apple Valley Honda seemed glad I was there and were very friendly. Marylin called me after I returned home to see how my trip was with my new car. I have returned a couple of times and used the Service Department, the staff was very helpful and they will continue to get my business when I am in the area. I recommend them to ALL my friends. I had a problem. I had just purchased a 2005 Honda from another auto dealer out of the area. The remote portion of two keys did not operate. The keys needed to be replaced. Donny had two keys in the next day and setup a service appointment for me. I came in and waited in the lounge for a half an hour, I then had two keys that worked fine. Very happy with Donny's help in this matter. The cost of the keys was a high. If Honda had not used so much lock tite on the screws holding the keys together, I would not have had to buy two new keys because of dead $7.00 batteries. More

Well, our deal with Apple Valley Honda seemed to involve most of their very capable staff. Our first experience with them was in 2004 when we leased, then subsequently purchased our Honda Civic. As time passed, we realized we really needed a pick up truck and decided to look at Apple Valley Honda, as our first experience was so positive. We found the perfect truck and Ron was very helpful, even when we came in right at closing! He took his time with us and in no way made us feel rushed or pressured into a deal. The whole team, led by Todd and Sean, bent over backwards to accomodate us even though we changed our minds as to the terms of the deal. They could have refused our request, but they chose to do what was necessary to keep us happy. And we are happy!
