I was visiting from out of state when the Engine Coolant Control Valve failed. Took it to Aransas Autoplex Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, they had diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Over the next few days, the service writer had a personal issue that kept her out of the office. So for four days, I couldn't get an update. I left messages with the service writer, the service manager, some random person in the service department...I finally did talk to the operator and she promised an update "right after lunch when the tech gets back." No update. Finally, late on day 4 (Wednesday), the service writer called and said she'd been out and the part was in. The work would start on Thursday. I asked her to rotate the tires while they had the truck, she said ok. I didn't get the truck until Thursday afternoon. I asked the sales writer how much the tire rotation would be (so I could pay it). She said "don't worry about it, I didn't put it on the bill." I thanked her and took the truck. The Engine Coolant Control Valve work was done, but the tires were not rotated. I know this because I have one tire with a very slow leak. After a week at the dealer, the tire was down about 5 pounds and it was still on the left rear, where it had been previously. The tech did dig through my truck looking for the socket to remove the lug nuts (when I got the truck the socket was sitting on the console). But the tires were not rotated. A week to get a minor repair done, with no update and no communication from the dealer for four days and the tires not rotated. Very poor service. More

Need part for door. Was supposed to be in in 3 days it took 10. Got car in to get door fixed and wrong part got ordered.
