Little communication and horrible continuity its probably better that you don't send a survey. 1st of all my wife's car light came back on after all that money in rental car and the diagnostic test and repai better that you don't send a survey. 1st of all my wife's car light came back on after all that money in rental car and the diagnostic test and repair your dealership so call did. I have never been so disappointed in service like I am with this dealership. I really had faith in you guys because after all we bought the car there. I would never return to either buy or repair my car there at that dealership. Nancy please know I am not blaming you for the lack of professionalism. The only gripe I have at your level was that with you out for illness there was a single point of failure in communication with the dealership. The service manager knew about a problem and didn't step up to do his job. Over 950 dollars were spent on our behalf and I felt absolutely robbed. This will be a lesson never forgotten. Have a great week. More
