It took the better part of 2 hours to get oil changed. If you take oil? Appointments every half hour how can it possibly take two hours to do an oil Change. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Horrible! Went in for diesel oil change. Took over 1.5 hours. Tech says he had issues getting ft rt tire off. However 3 days later we had to go back in due to Went in for diesel oil change. Took over 1.5 hours. Tech says he had issues getting ft rt tire off. However 3 days later we had to go back in due to tech under filling oil. They down played our circumstance. Service mgr just said, it happens. We won't be going back due to no empathy or compensation for our troubles, which could have resulted in much worse! More

I was given a completion of Thursday or Friday. Friday morning I was told it would be ready that evening. That evening I was told Saturday or Monday. Monday at 4:45 I was told it was finished. At Friday morning I was told it would be ready that evening. That evening I was told Saturday or Monday. Monday at 4:45 I was told it was finished. At 5:10 I was called and told they forgot.to do some of the services, so iflt would be Tuesday. I told them don't do anything else and I will pick it up. When I picked it up I owed $40 on a rental that I was told I wouldn't owe anything on. The service writer, Ashley said he never told me that. More

Poorest quality service ever. Oil change and lube. Tech did not check rear end for oil. Oil filter had no name on it. Office person removed the security lug nut then forgot to ret Oil change and lube. Tech did not check rear end for oil. Oil filter had no name on it. Office person removed the security lug nut then forgot to return lug nut. Had to be reminded to look for it. Without that part would not had been able to change flat tire on the highway. Car returned with small dent and scratch.on door. Will never return. More
