Still surprises me that my truck is not Vacuumed at service Most dealerships that have serviced different vehicles always vacuum. I had to have a my windshield replaced. They vacummed my truck. Auto Plex is the only one that has serviced my car and NEVER vacuumed it. It was NOT excessively dirty. I read that sign. That is the one think that confuses me. Crazy money ! I took my truck in for alignment bout 2 months ago an I need oil change so I said why not . 1st alignment is 135.00 no warranty on that an oil change I took my truck in for alignment bout 2 months ago an I need oil change so I said why not . 1st alignment is 135.00 no warranty on that an oil change is just that oil change . Washer fluid empty afterward , no water was added for radiator also . But there was a checklist an it was marked off that it was checked . Last week I hit a pretty big pot hole an alignment went off . I called Them and told them that I had this problem before because upper control bolts came loose before from another place an right away it’s like well something s going on , you probably need new part . I said no , front end is new . Oh he said , I asked if they could maybe meet me 1/2 way on price an it was like right away , well no guys gotta get paid . After I picked up truck I was told to quit 4 wheeling ! Wow ! Quit charging so much an not doing work ! More

Slow and Disorganized I took my truck in for a recall for a seat belt issue. It took over 2 hours. I happened to notice that my truck was sitting in the parking lot. Whe I took my truck in for a recall for a seat belt issue. It took over 2 hours. I happened to notice that my truck was sitting in the parking lot. When I asked the service rep about it, she had no idea that the truck was finished. It took her an additional 20 minutes to find my keys. The dealership seems to be very disorganized. More
