Very nice place to do business For a small town dealer, it is great, fast, efficient and everything I want in taking my truck in for service. Missed the obvious People were friendly. However, the front person wrote very large note on instructions and it was listed on order as well to fill tires with a specific People were friendly. I got home and checked... none of the tire pressures had been adjusted. Frustrating after a 20 minute drive each way and leaving work early just to do part of this myself anyway. Windshield replacement I had a windshield replaced at 9:30 and was driving home at 10:45. Service Oil change and tire rotation were good, but someone left big, dirty black shoe prints on my driver's side mat which I'm somewhat distressed about. Service not as good as it used to be I've enjoyed using Autoplex over the years; however, I noticed with my last oil change that their prices have increased & their level of service has d I've enjoyed using Autoplex over the years; however, I noticed with my last oil change that their prices have increased & their level of service has decreased. Autoplex used to vacuum my car, as a courtesy & they also used to clean my windshield - neither of these things were done - even though the cost of their oil changes have increased. Also, my receipt did not show a checklist of services performed in my oil change (windshield wiper fluid checked, filled, etc). I bought my car there & have pretty much always taken my car there; unfortunately, I was a little disappointed in the lack of customer service this last time around. More
Routine Maintenance Not Followed Properly My tires were deflated below the manufactures specifications and I had a trip to San Antonio the next day. Also the tires were rotated and the mechanics failed to relearn the TPMS sensors to the tires proper location on the vehicle. I had to stop at a tire dealership in San Antonio to fix these 2 problems. Vehicle mileage was inaccurately punched in on invoice which could negatively affect my vehicles warranty status. Called dealership and the problem was fixed and a new receipt was mailed to me with the correct information. More
