Poor service time. I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back. They told me my spark plugs didn't come in that were ordered 4 day I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back. Lack of knowledge Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians i Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians is recommended or teamwork should be incorporated, because apparently another technician knew how to fix the problem he just wasn’t consulted. They service reps up front were professional and were understanding of our frustration. The GM Greg Barton was very helpful in getting the vehicle repaired. More

Worst dealership experience to date. . I’m not about to waste my day typing everything for nothing. Was treated poorly by the service department. Dropped off truck for an appointment at 8 . Dropped off truck for an appointment at 8:00 am and work didn’t even begin on it until I arrived to pick it up at 4:30. Brought up a transmission issue with service writer , and they say said they drove it, which is a lie, the mileage was exactly the same as I dropped it off. I took a picture to verify. More

Missed the obvious People were friendly. However, the front person wrote very large note on instructions and it was listed on order as well to fill tires with a specific People were friendly. However, the front person wrote very large note on instructions and it was listed on order as well to fill tires with a specific pressure I requested. I got home and checked... none of the tire pressures had been adjusted. Frustrating after a 20 minute drive each way and leaving work early just to do part of this myself anyway.
