Torque converter service I went into the service department to ask a few questions about an issue I was having with my vehicle. As I described the problem to the service tech I went into the service department to ask a few questions about an issue I was having with my vehicle. As I described the problem to the service tech he immediately knew what the problem was. He mentioned that it was an easy fix but that he didn't have any available openings for about a week away. I told him that I was returning back to work the following week and wouldn't have a chance to bring the vehicle in for a while. The service manager overheard our conversation and came out of his office and asked if I could leave it now and I responded that I could. Two hours later, they were done with my vehicle. I thought that was pretty awesome and that they went above and beyond to get me fixed up and back on the road. The entire staff at this service department is superior in their efforts to help out their clients. More

Don't know how or refuse to do easy programming Took radio in to have cd player programmed with vin. After an hour they came out saying the radio control was not communicating and they couldn't fix Took radio in to have cd player programmed with vin. This dealership wanted to sell me over $500 to replace what was working. When I confronted the tech he just replied chevy wouldn't let him do it. Funny when he had just told me it couldn't be done. Bottom line I don't trust them. Only thing positive was they didn't charge me for the time they spent on the unit. More

Horrible service department!! Couldn't do a simple reprogram. I was never contacted as far as a status on my vehicle or why they couldn't service it correctly but still charged me Couldn't do a simple reprogram. Was hung up on numerous occasions. I would never recommend them to anyone as far as the service department is concerned. Horrible customer service and poor attitudes. More
