This experience was not what I have had in the past. Changing my oil, rotating my tires, and the 15,000 mile check up was fine, but my leaking back window that they took apart and is still apart because Changing my oil, rotating my tires, and the 15,000 mile check up was fine, but my leaking back window that they took apart and is still apart because the part had to be ordered is not. I have had to load a walker daily and other weekly chores with the part sliding around and in the way back there. Also the woman in service was not someone I will work with again. More

Emergency help We were in need of some immediate help because our Yukon XL wS stuck in 4 wheel drive and we were not sure why.
