8am appt and it took 3 1/2 hrs to service my Transmisson I had a 8 am appt. to have my Transmission serviced in my 2012 Sierra 1/2 to truck. I requested Drain, backflush and refill. The service advisor talked me into changing the filter. I found out later that it is recommended not to change the filter in this type of transmission. their price is $100 higher than any other dealership in the Corpus Christi area. More

can't fix the problem I recently bought a new Silverado pickup and within a month started to have a problem with the theft alarm system activating for no apparent reason. I I recently bought a new Silverado pickup and within a month started to have a problem with the theft alarm system activating for no apparent reason. I have taken the truck back to the service center three times and each time I was told that the problem was fixed and each time i have had to take it back because the problem wasn't fixed and the alarm went off for no reason. I have owned this truck for a little over two months and for more than half the time it has been in the shop. My friends are starting to tell me I should have bought a Ford!! The shop personnel have been more than courteous and as helpful as they can be, but obviously they are stymied by this issue. Time to throw in the towel and get me a new truck. More
