Ok except for not getting all the work done I needed I made an appointment to have the door handle replaced and the door bumper guards re-glued on. When I arrived for my appointment, the service man tol I made an appointment to have the door handle replaced and the door bumper guards re-glued on. When I arrived for my appointment, the service man told me I would have to make an additional appointment with the body shop to have the door bumper guards re-glued on. Why was I not told this when I made the original appointment day & time? Now I have to take more time off work & travel to Aransas Pass for a second appointment. Very dissappointed. More

Efficient I had made an appointment for scheduled no-charge service of a certified pre-owned Suburban. The turnaround was quick. The price quoted for service after the 2 no-charge ones was so reasonable I plan to continue coming to Aransas Autoplex. Happy now with both sales and service. More

No Respect! After years of being hounded by takata to get my recalled airbag replaced....I brought my 2007 Pontiac Vibe to the Autoplex for the work to be done. T After years of being hounded by takata to get my recalled airbag replaced....I brought my 2007 Pontiac Vibe to the Autoplex for the work to be done. The first the service writer I worked with Chris was very polite and informative and got the work done on time. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed the airbag warning light on which I've never seen before. I called and informed Chris about it and he asked to bring it back the next day and get it worked out. When the car was returned the next day I was told Chris was no longer with the company and was told that the light was on when it came in to begin with...I told the new service writer as well as the Service manager that it had not been on... Ever...Before bringing it there. They insisted it was! So I'm a liar... as is my wife who drives it the most! They told us they would open it up again and if they found it was their fault there would be no charge to fix it. However if it wasn't... which they assured me it wasn't... that they would have to keep the car for a week and the repair could be in the thousands! They then sent the car out again... with an airbag that would not deploy in an accident. I will NEVER return there.... nor will I ever refer anyone to these disrespectful people. I will have it repaired elsewhere and send them the bill! I have notified my attorney who says there is litigation to follow. Worst experience I've EVER had with a dealership! More

I don't know if I would recommend. I think when you buy a vehicle from the dealership you should not be charged for the diagnostic. Or you should tell your customers how much it is befo I think when you buy a vehicle from the dealership you should not be charged for the diagnostic. Or you should tell your customers how much it is before it's done and why have any kind of warranty if nothing is actually covered. The service guy Michael did try is hardest to help ke out but at the end I left there paying for just a quick plug to tell me what was wrong with my car. More

THEY PERFORM MIRACLES!! The front end of my car was smashed in, the car had extensive damage. They fixed my car in 1 week and looks BEYOND BEAUTIFUL AND BRAND NEW.
