New to the state, sent son in for oil change. Trusted Chevrolet. He didn't approve replacement of 2 filters that were installed & asked for rear wiper replacement. Rear wiper blade was removed, h Trusted Chevrolet. He didn't approve replacement of 2 filters that were installed & asked for rear wiper replacement. Rear wiper blade was removed, he was charged for it, and now waiting on replacement with no word on 'when'. Cost $140 more than should've, and have to make drive back for wiper to be installed. More
