Poorest quality service ever. Oil change and lube. Tech did not check rear end for oil. Oil filter had no name on it. Office person removed the security lug nut then forgot to ret Oil change and lube. Tech did not check rear end for oil. Oil filter had no name on it. Office person removed the security lug nut then forgot to return lug nut. Had to be reminded to look for it. Without that part would not had been able to change flat tire on the highway. Car returned with small dent and scratch.on door. Will never return. More

Great work but they kept passing over me for my detail. My truck was there 4 days and most the work was done the first day. When it came time to detail it they kept bumping me back to clean new cars sold. My truck was there 4 days and most the work was done the first day. However, it’s the service department that pays the bills when sales are slow. Buyers may or may not come to you for service, but service folks are already showing their loyalty by being there. We were very disappointed with the service. It was suppose to be 2-3 hours not over 7 hours. An appointment was made and made for a specific reason.
