Aransas Autoplex - Service Center

I was a little aggravated by the fact that because it was a complementary visit I had to retrieve my own vehicle after the transaction was completed. It started to rain but was able to get in before it began a complementary visit I had to retrieve my own vehicle after the transaction was completed. I just felt that as a customer who dropped the vehicle off under the canopy, I should have been able to take possession under the canopy. I understand they where short handed but would not have minded being asked to wait for a few minutes to have my vehicle pulled around for me. More
