They didnt order the correct parts the first time around for my door handle. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor (just to fix my door handle.) I dropped my truck off and it was (taken back) at 8AM. I had a concern about the transmission on my 2019 2500 HD. They arranged a appointment when it was convenient for me....they had a very knowledgeable tech meet with me ...had a loaner vehicle for me to dr HD.
