This is the second service trip in a row for an oil change where it took over 2 hours for an oil change booked at 8am. As the first appointment of the Saturday, I would think that the oil change would change where it took over 2 hours for an oil change booked at 8am. As the first appointment of the Saturday, I would think that the oil change wouldn’t take but 30 min. More
