I have been to many dealerships and by far Aransas Auto Plex has the best staff and not just in sales but in service as well. I've been going back for the past 5 years and they remain true! Needed my rear passenger handle fixed. They look said new one was needed, so they ordered it, it came in wrong and magically it was fixable without needing to be replaced. I paid for labor and got a refund o one was needed, so they ordered it, it came in wrong and magically it was fixable without needing to be replaced. I paid for labor and got a refund on the part and it works great! So little skeptical on why it was magically fixable after the wrong part was ordered instead of the first look at it, but they did right by me on refunds and service chargess and the work was good. Last couple times the camaro was taken there, diagnosed with wrong thing and quited absurd amount of money. Took to another dealership of another BRAND to get another look...they found something totally d with wrong thing and quited absurd amount of money. Took to another dealership of another BRAND to get another look...they found something totally different and 1/3 of price! I have lost confidence in the service dept of this company. When brought to Tommy Gardners attention, he shrugs off the customer's concerns. Even when I purchased my Vehicle last year, they were going to send it OFF the lot on empty. After I questioned it, I was given a qtr of a tank. No wash before I picked it up, no 1st oil change, nothing. Will not do business with them again. More
