Vehicle was promised same day brought in. Promised next morning but didn’t complete that whole day. Got vehicle next day afternoon. When I bought a denali I was promised a loner car if the car was not comp morning but didn’t complete that whole day. Got vehicle next day afternoon. When I bought a denali I was promised a loner car if the car was not completed the same day. I was never given a car. Also when I picked it up the passenger side door has a 2 inch scratch down to bare metal. Th ERY tried to hide the the scratch with some type of filler. GM will hear about this. I am not pleased with the service. More
