DO NOT GO HERE! !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado here for about 16k cash less than 30 days ago. On paper the truck looked like !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado here for about 16k cash less than 30 days ago. On paper the truck looked like it was in great condition. Had some vibration when I drove but figured it was maybe a balancing issue due to there being no mention of transmission issues from either the sales team or the carfax. Upon signing for the vehicle they assumed me multiple times that the truck was in great condition. However less than 30 days later, i already need a new transmission. When I brought it to their owners attention, they wanted to charge me another 2k for a new transmission and refused to pay for the part and stand behind their product because they sell them "as is". Unless you're wanting a Lemon, I would find ANYWHERE else to purchase a vehicle. More
I am writing to file a formal complaint against a car dealership manager, who I recently had the misfortune of dealing with. On January 19, 2023, I contacted Ariana Motors with the intention of inquiring dealership manager, who I recently had the misfortune of dealing with. On January 19, 2023, I contacted Ariana Motors with the intention of inquiring about a vehicle (2017 Genesis G80) that was listed for sale on the cars.com website. I was connected to the dealership manager, AJ, and during our conversation, I asked for the best out the door price. He advised me the best OTD price was $25,853 that was the car with taxes, no title, doc fees etc. I advised him that seemed strange and normally when I have purchased cars out of town titles registration etc is handled by the dealer. Shockingly he directed a number of expletives towards me I found his behavior to be extremely unprofessional and offensive. His use of language was not only rude, but it was also a violation of the dealership's code of conduct. I believe that this individual's actions do not reflect the values of the Cars.com or the dealership, and I would like to request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter. I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. More
