Matt Minor is the best. Our 2017 S550 needed a 20K check up and a minor problem with the aux battery fixed. I scheduled the appointment with the date and time I needed. When I arrived I was met by Matt, exp up and a minor problem with the aux battery fixed. I scheduled the appointment with the date and time I needed. When I arrived I was met by Matt, explained the needed visit, my loaner car was ready and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Matt kept me informed of the progress and the car was ready when promised. When I picked up the car Matt explained to me all that was accomplished and had me on my way in a very short time. As always everything was seamless. So very professional and yet I felt like I was the only one in the office. Matt, as with all the other folks at Aristocrat, have earned my thanks and gratitude for the professionals they are. Best maintenance folks I have ever dealt with. Thanks to you all, especially Matt!
