First time service appointment I drove down from Des Moines Iowa for my first 10,000 mile service appointment. As I pulled up, I stopped looking for the service entrance and then I saw a man waving me his direction. This man was wonderfully welcoming and upbeat. He was incredibly helpful and service oriented. His name is Rodney. The waiting area is clean and quiet, my car was serviced and delivered as promised and I am a very happy Porsche owner!! More

Outstanding Response to a Critical Situation. My Range Rover overheated and developed a coolant leak at a local shopping center; I called Aristocrat Motors, my dealer, on how to proceed. Tony Tut My Range Rover overheated and developed a coolant leak at a local shopping center; I called Aristocrat Motors, my dealer, on how to proceed. Tony Tutera, Range Rover Service Advisor, advised the use of a flatbed towing truck rather then driving it to the shop. Tony was waiting for me when I arrived and after examination the wisdom of not driving my car to the shop was apparent. Major problems were found and all was repaired expertly under Tony's guidance. I was provided a loaner to drive until the work was completed. I have been a customer of Aristocrat Motors since 2003; this is now my third vehicle with them and I have always been more than satisfied. A tip of the hat to Tony! In fact, all of the staff including including Dan Garica another Service Advisor and Kevin the Service Manager are excellent. More
