The salesman Michael whom I had been emailing back and fourth with was also very nice to work with. He was quick getting back to me with answers to all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain all of the paperwork which was great as we are from Canada and are not familiar with the process of purchasing a vehicle in Arizona. We never felt pressured to buy the extended warranty as we have felt with other car dealers. overall this was a very relaxing and stress free experience.
