My 2014 MDX was dead in my driveway. They immediately took my vehicle in and, within 45 minutes, had the problem resolved, and I was on my way. Mark was outstanding in helping me with this issue. I always appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff in the Service department are. I appreciated their finding ways to keep my vehicle in top shape, at the best price. Since one of the items wouldn't be the Service department are. I appreciated their finding ways to keep my vehicle in top shape, at the best price. Since one of the items wouldn't be there until the next day, their letting me use a loaner vehicle was seamless. My only issue (and why 4 vs 5 stars) was that the dealership now makes you use a debit card, or incur the credit card surcharge myself (I expect a quality auto dealer to not pass that on to the customer).
