I always appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff in the Service department are. I appreciated their finding ways to keep my vehicle in top shape, at the best price. Since one of the items wouldn't be there until the next day, their letting me use a loaner vehicle was seamless. My only issue (and why 4 vs 5 stars) was that the dealership now makes you use a debit card, or incur the credit card surcharge myself (I expect a quality auto dealer to not pass that on to the customer). Very clean. Nice and warm garage on a cold day. I did have the tires rotated as part of my A1 service but the low air pressure light was still on when i got the Nice and warm garage on a cold day.
