When it was time for me to buy a new TLX, I initially visited the local Acura Dealership but was extremely disappointed in how they treated potential customers. After thinking it over, I decided to give Arlington Acura a call and had the good fortune of connecting with a great sales consultant, Cesar Roman. The sale went very smoothly and Cesar even offered to deliver the car here in Louisville. When my husband was in the market for a new RDX, I called Arlington Acura. Once again, Cesar went above and beyond! He kept us informed along the way and was very responsive to our calls and e-mails. Cesar was able to locate the vehicle that we wanted….and once again, he delivered the vehicle to us here in Kentucky. This was our 9th Acura purchase from your dealership. When the new TLX’s come out, I will be giving Cesar a call! More
