When it was time for me to buy a new TLX, I initially visited the local Acura Dealership but was extremely disappointed in how they treated potential customers. After thinking it over, I decided to give Arlington Acura a call and had the good fortune of connecting with a great sales consultant, Cesar Roman. The sale went very smoothly and Cesar even offered to deliver the car here in Louisville. When my husband was in the market for a new RDX, I called Arlington Acura. Once again, Cesar went above and beyond! He kept us informed along the way and was very responsive to our calls and e-mails. Cesar was able to locate the vehicle that we wanted….and once again, he delivered the vehicle to us here in Kentucky. This was our 9th Acura purchase from your dealership.
