A great experience! This is my first Acura, and the first time I had ever been to Arlington Acura. I was a walk in and was promptly greeted by Muhammed. I told him what I was looking for (features that were must haves and things that were not important to me), and after we chatted for a bit, we went for a test drive. I decided I liked the car and set up an appointment for my husband to test drive it. While my husband was there, he ended up driving the top end model (not the one I had picked!) and loved it! Muhammed did not pressure us at all and told us to call him if we decided we wanted the car. We decided we wanted it, and I was able to go in later that day to buy it. The process was very easy (it was the end of the month and a Saturday, so it was a bit busy), and instead of waiting in the dealership until it was my turn, Muhammed arranged for me to get a car so I didn't have to sit there! He helped me move everything from the car I was getting rid of into my new car. He has followed up with me numerous times to make sure I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions. He also went above and beyond and returned my leased car to the dealer it belonged to! He followed up with the finance company to make sure the terms were satisfied and was in constant contact with me. This was truly a wonderful car buying experience and I will surely be going to Muhammed again for my next car! We liked it immediately; however, since we were going on vacation the following week, we weren't ready to buy it that day. Szymon convinced us to purchase the car and arranged to have it stored at the dealer until our return. The transaction went very smoothly because of Szymon's no-pressure style and the assistance of his manager, Alber. My wife later told me, she felt like she was in a fancy jewelry store. The warm chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat! More

Muhammed worked with me extensively to get me a good deal, sent me to an amazing 3rd party lender because my credit was in the mid 500's that turned out to be the best financing experience that you could possibly have. He stayed 4.5 hours after he was supposed to leave to finish what he started. I felt like I had his attention the whole time, and actually wanted me to have a great g. It's nice to see there's still people that care about what they do and the people they deal with. There's no pushyness, no intimidation, and no demeaning attitudes here. When the lender didn't send the check til the next day, they gave me a brand new '16 ISX as a loaner, apparently the price of the vehicle you're buying doesn't make a difference to them. Don't expect to get a lot of flex in the price or terms, on the flip side they're all priced way below other dealers and on cars that sit on the lot a while, you'll find used steals. The feeling of I need a car and they have what I wanted, a Civic with a manual transmission and they felt for me and did what it took to get a great loan outside the dealer and double down on a great experience is something I won't forget on my next vehicle purchase and something people reading this should take to heart. Being a part of the Acura family over the past 6 years, I had actually considered going with a different vehicle until Gerardo spoke with me and provided me with honest statistics and some thought provoking facts, leading me back to Acura. Gerardo's attention to the customer was another HUGE plus. I initially scheduled our meeting to sign on the incorrect day, but instead of making me wait, Gerardo was willing to work with the staff to get someone to assist me with the close of our deal, without skipping a beat. Although I declined, it made me feel like I was a valued customer..... I returned a few days later, with Dustin waiting for me to arrive, and continued the superior customer service. I think Gerardo put me in excellent hands with Dustin and I would have to say that it was due to the service of both gentlemen, I was put at ease having to deal with a different dealership and staff than what I had become accustomed to.
