A great experience! This is my first Acura, and the first time I had ever been to Arlington Acura. I was a walk in and was promptly greeted by Muhammed. I told him what I was looking for (features that were must haves and things that were not important to me), and after we chatted for a bit, we went for a test drive. I decided I liked the car and set up an appointment for my husband to test drive it. While my husband was there, he ended up driving the top end model (not the one I had picked!) and loved it! Muhammed did not pressure us at all and told us to call him if we decided we wanted the car. We decided we wanted it, and I was able to go in later that day to buy it. The process was very easy (it was the end of the month and a Saturday, so it was a bit busy), and instead of waiting in the dealership until it was my turn, Muhammed arranged for me to get a car so I didn't have to sit there! He helped me move everything from the car I was getting rid of into my new car. He has followed up with me numerous times to make sure I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions. He also went above and beyond and returned my leased car to the dealer it belonged to! He followed up with the finance company to make sure the terms were satisfied and was in constant contact with me. This was truly a wonderful car buying experience and I will surely be going to Muhammed again for my next car! We liked it immediately; however, since we were going on vacation the following week, we weren't ready to buy it that day. Szymon convinced us to purchase the car and arranged to have it stored at the dealer until our return. The transaction went very smoothly because of Szymon's no-pressure style and the assistance of his manager, Alber. My wife later told me, she felt like she was in a fancy jewelry store. The warm chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat! More
