I brought my car in for B1 service. It was taken right away. I did not request a loaner assuming it'd take around an hour. It took a little over 2 hours. However the service was performed perfectly. They scammed me out of over 2000 dollars .They added what they called a micro cleaning of interior of car for COVID , This extra was never discussed with me at all and was a real slap in the face . Aamer is the best! I was having issues starting my Acura RDX, so I called right away to see if I could bring my vehicle in. Aamer, asked me some questions and said I could come in right away.
