I just purchased my 2020 RDX from Sergio, he is very good as is his manager, Gene. They listened and worked with me to find the right car. They gave me a great price on my trade as well. Overall experience was good. We bought a certified used car which I have done in the past. There are a lot of charges in the purchase of a used car that I was not aware of until you still down ready to bu car which I have done in the past. There are a lot of charges in the purchase of a used car that I was not aware of until you still down ready to buy after agreeing on a price. The list price and agreed upon price is not the actual price. There were additional charges of about $2,600 (above the document fees, title and admin fees). You have to finance through Acura to get the agreed upon price. So many things. Overall I am happy with the purchase but not happy that all those charges and the fact that we had to finance through Acura to save $5,500 (which I don’t know if I was ‘saving’ money - that was the listed internet price. I just hate that none of this was disclosed prior to the day we came in the buy the vehicle. There were many conversations and even a visit before we came into buy. More
