I was extremely happy with Jason Doran as both a knowledgeable salesman and finance officer. He pointed out to me all the upgrade changes to the 2011 Enclave CX compared to my 2008 Enclave CX that knowledgeable salesman and finance officer. He pointed out to me all the upgrade changes to the 2011 Enclave CX compared to my 2008 Enclave CX that Sullivan took in trade. I knew exactly what I was getting, but am very happy with the rear-view camera and the sound deadening little speaks up front. I was driving on the tollway this morning and marveled at how much quieter the new Enclave is compared to my old one. And my old Enclave was quieter than most other cars. He could not introduce me to the service department because we finished the paperwork at 9:10 PM. But I have met a number of you service personnel and have always been treated very well. They listen to my concerns and are very helpful. I knew one of your service people, Mike Baker, from Joe Michell Buick. So far I am very satisfied with my relationship with Sullivan Buick. We actually drove 6 hours to buy a car from another dealership. After spending 6 hrs there they said they would not accept the bank check we had to pay for the vehicle we wanted. So, we left with our car and pretty much decided just to go home. I went ahead and looked online and found the exact same vehicle at Sullivan so I decided to inquire about it and see what happened. On a Sunday afternoon I received a phone call from Chris Lahey, a salesman from Sullivan. I was shocked to get a call on Sunday and thought it was great that someone responded so quickly. I explained to him what we had been through at the other dealer and asked if they would accept the blank check we had. He said he would get in touch with his finance manager and get back to me. We ended up going into Sullivan on Monday and drove away in our new Enclave. We are very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy we received from everyone at Sullivan. I recommend this dealership to everyone. More
