It’s worth mentioning that I had been searching for a second vehicle for over a month and visited several local dealerships along the way. I also had my personal mechanic inspect multiple vehicles I was seriously considering. For me, those inspection results would ultimately determine both my purchase decision and any potential negotiation. That said, I worked with Shelly Barr as my salesperson, and she was wonderful throughout the entire process, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with too. Shelly and Finance Manager Mike Audino took the time to put together a financing package that worked for me and made the buying process far less stressful than I expected. One thing I especially appreciated was that they had no issue with me having the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic before moving forward. When a few minor issues were identified, they agreed to address the repairs and stood behind the vehicle. They even provided me with a loaner car while the work was being completed, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. This was my first time buying a used car and nearly a decade since I had stepped into a dealership, so I definitely felt some anxiety and a bit of overwhelm. However, I never felt pressured.
